Hunter House offers all the opulence of a grand heritage mansion, with contemporary cuisine and the luxury of personalised service in a totally private setting.
Pre-dinner drinks can be served to you in our beautiful gardens or elegant drawing room, making for the perfect start to your evening. Your guests order from a set menu with two choices per course, chosen by you, or alternatively our Chef is able to prepare a personalised menu to suit special celebrations or themed dinner parties.
Christmas Functions
Hunter House is now taking bookings for Lunches & Dinners throught November & December. Your choices include a more traditional 2 or 3 course seated meal Or new this year a BBQ on our Terrace. Bookings are essential.

Corporate Breakfast, Luncheon and Dinners
Entertain your clients in complete privacy in out elegantly appointed dining rooms. Dinner and Breakfast presentations are a specialty – we have the flexibility to work in with you and your guest speakers.
Private Dining
Whether it is celebrating a special occasion or just a simple get together with family and friends, from an elegant dinner to a relaxed garden party, Hunter House is the perfect venue. Private Dining is available for groups up to 90 guests.

Cocktail Parties
If you are looking for something a little different consider a cocktail party. Our cool shady garden in summer is the perfect place for an informal affair – perhaps music with a string quartet while your guests relax and sip on champagne. Of an evening or in winter there is no better place than to be indoors by the open fire. Cocktail parties are the perfect opportunity for guests to socialise and network.

Murder Mystery Dinners and Game Show Nights
Our Murder Mystery Dinners are renowned for Murder and Mayhem and are usually held during the winter months and at Christmas for those end of year parties with a difference.
Trivia nights are not to be taken seriously and none of the games are very hard – a great night for the intellectually challenged. Corporate challenges are a specialty – theme the night or even include special questions about your industry or workplace.
Private Murder dinners and Trivia nights can be arranged. Great for social clubs, work groups and special occasions.
